Bob also specializes in group benefit consulting, including plan designs and marketing of insured or self-funded alternatives.

James Charlesworth, ARM, Consultant, has serviced clients with James Charlesworth, Insurance and Risk Management consulting Charlesworth & Associates, L.C., since 1989, with expertise in commercial mortgage insurance compliance, governmental entity risk management, contract analysis, self-funding workers' compensation, claims and subrogation. James also has special experience in law enforcement and hospital risk management as well as being instrumental in the design and risk management services for over 25 public entities in Kansas and Missouri plus numerous not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Connie Sargent, ARM, Consultant / Analyst, has been with Charlesworth & Connie Sargent, Insurance and Risk Management consulting Associates, L.C., since 1988.
